A Stone Upon a Stone, Australia
A story about the significant contribution of dry stone walls in the shaping of Australia’s cultural landscape. In May 1999 and again in October 2000 the Australian Federal Government made possible the opportunity to research and develop a Touring Exhibition designed to capture, promote and affect an awareness of the history and cultural significance of some of Australia's dry stone walls.

Dry Stone Walling Association of Canada
Since the founding of the Dry Stone Wall Association of Canada in 2000, there has been a great deal of interest and feedback. Our membership reflects a large cross section of very enthusiastic people here in Canada who are discovering or perhaps rekindling their interest in dry stone walling. We have had numerous seminars, events and demonstrations teaching everything from historic wall repair to creating new dry stone features.
