Fredericksburg VA, Jail Alley Wall. Day one, dismantling. Because there is no space on site for stockpiling, the soil is loaded onto one-ton dump trucks (due to narrow alley access) and taken off site until needed again. Stone is laid out in the only available space on site for staging, a narrow sidewalk owned by the city.
