08 Jan 2008 - First new project of the year is well under way.

The John Deere 2520 comes in very handy when it comes to delivering materials to the job site.

A 2" binder clip works great for holding the string line on a 3/8” batter bar. Changing the line height is a quick and simple task. There are no more knots to deal with, especially when your fingers are cold!

29 Jan 2008 - Today the temperature rose to 73 degrees! It was a great day to work on this southern facing wall.

When this project is complete the wall will wrap around to the front of the house and terminate at the steps which lead up to the front porch.
